Location and Accessible Entrances
Common Ground Civic Center's entrance is located just off Bedok North St 1, directly opposite Heartbeat @ Bedok.

The main entrance is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp found to the left of the large Common Ground sign.

Public Transport and Parking
Common Ground is very accessible via public transport. Refer to the map below for details.

Common Ground is also a short walk from Heartbeat@Bedok, which hosts the nearest car park and taxi stand.
If you are alighting a Heartbeat@Bedok do head toward the Burger King exit to access Common Ground. There is a ramp located next to the Bus Stop - After Heartbeat@Bedok.

Getting Around Common Ground
Common Ground provides access to all areas for people in wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Lifts give access to all floors. Doors are not automatic however we endeavour to have staff stationed at all major doors for easy access.
​Guide Dogs and Companion Dogs
Common Ground welcomes guide dogs and companion dogs. A water bowl may be provided upon request.
​Toilets
Wheelchair accessible toilets are located on all floors with showers and change tables located on Level 2 and Level 3.

Food and dining
The are numerous food and dining options available in the immediate vicinity including vegetarian and halal options.
There is an open kitchen and pantry on Level 1 and Level 3 with are separate fridges and microwaves for halal and non-halal food, and a water dispenser with hot and cold water.
You are welcome to eat in the available dinning spaces in the building.
Quiet and Privacy Areas
On Level 2, there are 2 private rooms with sofas and tables that are available for as a quite space, prayer, breastfeeding, private calls or conversations. Doors may also be locked for privacy.

Common Ground is a working space and is generally a quite space however student care is located on Level 2 of the building so lunch and snack breaks can be noisy. If you have concerns on quite timings do not hesitate to contact us.

Family Friendly
Common Ground is stroller-friendly and has amenities that make visits with family more enjoyable.
Change Tables
Baby change tables are located at Level 1 and Level 2. All toilets at Common Ground are of standard sizing.

Food and dining
Numerous food and dining options are available in the immediate vicinity, including vegetarian and halal options.
There is an open kitchen and pantry on Levels 1 and 3, with separate fridges and microwaves for halal and non-halal food and a water dispenser with hot and cold water dispensers.
You are welcome to eat in the available dining spaces in the building.

The Makers Space is located at the entrance of Level 1 and is open to children of all ages to engage with and set their imaginations free.
